my friends computer has a bug.he say color is all distorted on his computer?

what is the best way to get rid of this bug.would it be ok to restore computer back to new.or is there something else he can do.

It might be that his monitor has gone bad. Try another monitor and if it works fine, that's what the problem is.

Tell him to make sure the cable that connects the screen to the computer is attached properly. If it's loose that would mess up the colour.

Sounds more like a monitor problem to me! Tell him to move his speakers away from it!
