i have two red devils in the tank. male and female. how can i get them to have babies

The main requirement is TANK SIZE. Two adult red devil cichlids should be in at the very, very least a 125 gallon tank. Preferably 200 gallons.

If you meet that requirement, consider slanting their substrate. So, make the substrate thicker in the back and thinner in the front, so it slopes. The water should be around 25C. Make sure to feed lots of good quality, varied foods (earthworms, feeder fish, shrimps, pellets, etc).

Clean the tank regularly (replace 20-30% of the wate every week)

If you do this, they should breed for you. Keep them happy and healthy. Happy healthy fish will spawn.

just feed them quality high protein food, (live, frozen, freeze dried)..

keep the water clean... and let nature take its course.

wait ...... and wait ... and make sure u are not cleaning the tank and axidentialy get ride of the eggs zzz
