If you are healthy and physically able to perform these tasks, your problem is psychological, not physical. This means you can probably motivate yourself without drugs. You can't solve everything with a pill (nor should you).
You probably just don't like cleaning house or exercising. Who could blame you? Just do it in baby steps: set small tasks for yourself, reward yourself accordingly upon their completion, and try to make these tasks fun for yourself. Before you know it, you'll be accomplishing these things routinely.

No, there isn't a pill. It's your own brain you have to get into shape.
Visit The Clean Team at http://www.thecleanteam.com/ They have a book on how to clean a house in record time. I've been using their methods for years! Once you have a clean place, you may find your attitude toward exercise getting better.

Hmm. Without proper exercise, your body will experience fatigue or your life span can be cut short. Best advice would be to talk to your doctor about this problem and he/she can probably prescribe the best treatment. I don't know of any medication that can help you at this point.

try this test.
Do your housework or exercise before you eat.
Eating, contrary to rumor, actually drains your energy. Why? After you eat, your body spends its energy digesting your food instead of feeding your muscles.
Everyone who has tried my discovery has had success.-
Please e-mail me after you try this little harmless experiment.
