I have made a mixed cd for my mate for xmas, but I'm struggling with the insert. I would like to create my own, but dont know the dimentions for the case. Does anyone know a decent site where I can create my own and print it off?

Yes, there are several programs made to make your own CD inserts. Even Nero can do it.

The one I use is called MediaFace. You're supposed to use a special CD-insert sheet, but you can use regular paper instead and then just cut out the printout (it should be very close to the right size).
