I take Triphasil, have never heard of Yasmine. Check out the Yasmin website to read up on it.

I take Yasmine and I have two children six and two. Yasmine was my pill of choice in between my kids before my first kid and even now I take it. I have not had any side effects from it at all. Everyone is different and thats not to say you will not experience any but I have been married through out both my children and only had the babies when planned. It has worked great for me.

If I were you, I would go to plannedparenthood.org so that you can get information on Yasmine, as well as other brands/forms of birth control.

Just to let you know, my best friend took birth control pills for her hormones, and they caused her to have a blood clot the size of her leg, inside of her leg (that's right..her whole leg), and she was in the hospital for quite some time.
