You should reboot at least every once in a while.

No danger unless you do this while taking a shower, as electricity and water do not mix well.

Start -> Turn Off Computer -> Restart

There isn't any danger if your laptop is working properly. You may lose anything you're working on if you have programs open with unsaved documents when you reboot.

if by reboot you mean restart, then you may lose any word documents or programs you had open, not that bad of a deal except for losing the work you were working on that you didn't save

if by reboot you mean restore, then you may lose everything you put on your computer after if was bought. this would be programs you installed, files on your hard drive etc. you will need to reinstall those programs. i would advise against restoring your computer unless it is absolutely necessary

Go to Start then Shut Down. You will see a window pop up asking you what to do. Make sure you click Restart. There is absolutely no danger in doing this...it should be done at least every week.

Click Start > Shut Down > Restart. No, there is no danger doing this. Wear safety glasses just to be sure. :)
