Ginger. Very calming for nausea. Ginger Ale works because of the ginger.
Buy it in capsule form. Safe for you AND the baby.

Dry toast helped me, that and just plain regular tea with a little sugar - not too sweet. I could also eat bananas. Good luck

try making this tea
1 cup of boiled water
2 squeezes of lemon
1 tablespoon of honey
it makes you feel a lot better and tastes good

I had to drink sprite for morning sickness. Anything really sweet or strong made me sicker than a dog.

I used suckers, I also used wrist bands with Pressure Points on them - commonly used for motion sickness....
My doctor also prescribed Vitamin B and that helped...
