It's using virtual memory because you have insufficient RAM. The easiest thing to do would be to install a lot more RAM and this would not only solve the problem but make the computer run faster, as going to virtual memory on a hard drive is much much slower. If you cannot add more memory then go for an additional bigger hard drive. You are running out of space.

Make sure you've completely cleared out your internet browser's cache. If you're using IE, you can do this by right-clicking on the IE icon and selecting properties. Then, click on the option to delete your internet history. This includes your cookies, page views, etc. Then, go to Start-programs-accessories. Run the program called Disk Cleanup. This will help clear and condense old files. Then, go back to accessories and run the defragmenter. These processes may take a while, but, it should speed up your system. The cleanup and defragmenting are best done on at least a weekly basis. Then, they don't take as much time. I would suggest defragmenting even if the computer tells you it's not necessary.

go to control panel, then system, advanced, performance, click settings, advanced, on virtual memory click change and increase your virtual memory, mine is min 1536 and max 2048 then set and reboot ur computer, all should be fine although you may need to buy another memory stick (ram), try increasing your virtual memory first

You are dangerously low on hard drive space! If you have already deleted all the files you can, look into getting a bigger hard drive (or a second hard drive).

Increase the RAM, or run fewer programs at the same time.
