try making a sections where you can download the anime your talking about, and you can start it off by uploading some stuff on rapidshare, megaupload, sendspace, etc.

and try some better anime, most of those series have already ended so theres not too much to discuss

and make a hentai section, and leave it uncensored so anyone can post pics, vids etc. that will attract people
