There is a product called "Goo Gone" which you can get at most drug stores and super markets. That should do the trick. Works great with most things.

Soak them in a Dish tub with warm and very soapy water, The soap should loosen the label enough to free it. That an new glasses should be washed before use.

just soak your glasses in water for an hour or two.

if it doesn't work, apply a few drops of any oil (vegetable / olive / mustard) on the label

Any vegtable oil will work and is cheaper than goo gone. Just rub the oil into and around the edges of the lable.

I have found that paint thinner works best on sticky labels off most surfaces.

Use Windex and a razor blade. Just spray the Windex on the label and scrape it of with a razor.

I use a razor blade to scrap it off. And then I use window cleaner to clean any residue.

Duraglit brass or silver cleaner works every time.
