Lot's of experience here! MONEY IS GOLD!! Most 18 yr old girls are tired of people assuming what they would like. They want cash so they can do or buy whatever they want. Take the time to find a beautiful or meaningful card. Many girls put these in a pile & save for life. If you are brave write a personal note that highlights why your cousin is special - either to you or in general. Has she been there for you in hard or fun times? Is she just a sweet or beautiful person?

I like sterling silver jewelry as gifts. It's not too expensive, and it looks great with anything. Maybe you could get her some nice silver earrings or a big bulky silver ring (those are great).
