How can you tell the Olsen twins apart on Full House? There must be a way! Does anyone know? Serious answers only please...

Mary-Kate has a freckle on her right cheek.
Ashley has two freckles on her left cheek, near her ear.

when they were little, Ashley's hair was slightly lighter than Mary Kate's. Also, if you're watching the first season, it was almost always Mary Kate, because everytime they put Ashley in front of the camera, she cried. I learned that tidbit from the E! True Hollywood Story of Full House.

i know that in the first season Mary-Kate was the one to always go on because Ashley would always cry. also i saw an interview with them when they were little and one of them said that people could tell by their freckle's.

Mary-Kate's cheeks are a little bit puffier then Ashley's. That is the only way you can tell.
