#1 Definitely get plenty of PROTEIN (1-2 g protein / kg) daily, this is the building block of muscle.
#2 increase carbohydrate intake esp. post workout in a 2:1 ratio of carb to protein. This will help increase insulin which promotes muscle growth and produces an anabolic state of growth.

Workout methods: Tailor to your workouts to what works for you. What Ive seen is that if you want to gain mass, go for LOW reps (6/set) with heavy weights. Last rep should be very hard and you should be able to do it w/o a spotter.
Compound excercises are BEST to put on mass: which means BENCH, SQUATS, BAR ROWS, anything that involves major muscle groups. Try not to isolate muscle groups.
Optional: Creatine give extra strength and adds on lbs usually in water weight

If you end up seeking to put on mass you have to tear the muscle (exercise) then let it heal (leisure). Should you exercise daily you are just tearing down your muscle and it wont have adequate time to get well, that is why your hands appear smaller. You must exercise about 3-4 days every week working your entire physique once, 9-12 sets, 6-10 reps, resting 1 minute between units (go as heavy as you can for the reps). No xplode is a preworkout pump and you have cell-tecth which is creatine which you're taking after your exercise, so you just need some protein to take after your exercise along with phone-tech. If you're looking to bulk, until you have the genetics of a god, your abs arn't going to show more as you're going to certainly be adding some fats. Do not waste your time doing sittups when your bulking. I don't bulk I simply devour, leisure, and workout and do not go overboard on the energy, this enables me to add about 2 pounds a month and preserve my abs (even beef up there definition).

You're better off getting as much nutrition as you can from "real food," but there are two supplements out there that have been proven to help build muscle mass when used correctly: (1) whey protein, and (2) creatine. Generic creatine monohydrate powder with no sugar added works just fine. For whey protein, you want something with as little fat as possible and at least 20g of protein per scoop of powder. Avoid GNC and Vitamin World -- their stuff isn't that good and it's overpriced. Two of the top brands of whey protein powder are Optimum Nutrition 100% whey protein and Champion Nutrition whey protein. Check out the website below for good deals of whey protein and creatine.

Please do not fall for those scams. But, if you must, go to Walmart and read the labels.

Most professional athletes eat pasta, no meat, to increase energy and intake calories. (Bread is not pasta) Pasta is like speghetti or noodles. (Bread has yeast which zaps your energy- go figure)

Regardless, drink plenty of water. Dehydration is the enemy of all muscles.
