Our withdrawl after casualties showed our government and soldiers as weak. The extremist no longer had a fear of the "Great USA". They realized,as we are showing them now , if any American soldier dies in battle on forqein soil, the American people become outraged and demand a retreat. At least, that what OBL and Islamic terrorist are saying....
Osama Bin Laden,"We have seen in the last decade the decline of the American government and the weakness of the American soldier. He is ready to wage cold wars but unprepared to fight hot wars. This was proven in Beirut when the Marines fled after two explosions, showing they can run in less than twenty-four hours. This was then repeated in Somalia. We are ready for all occasions, we rely on God.After leaving Afghanistan they headed for Somalia and prepared for a long battle, thinking that the Americans were like the Russians. They were surprised when the Americans entered with 300,000 troops, and collected other troops from around the world-5,000 from Pakistan, 5,000 from India, 5,000 from Bangladesh, 5,000 from Egypt, Senegal, and others like Saudi Arabia. The youth were surprised at the low morale of the American soldiers and realized more than before that the America soldiers are paper tigers. After a few blows, the Americans ran away in defeat. After a few blows, they forgot about being the world leader and the leader of the new world order. They left, dragging their corpses and their shameful defeat, and stopped using such titles."

Why because the U.S. Does Not Plan To Send Troops Against al-Qaida in Somalia so whats your point?

Since Somalia has lacked an effective national government since early 1990's. The first U.S. goal for Somalia is to work within the Transitional Federal Charter, which is recognized by the United Nations as the framework for restoring governance to Somalia.Meaning Somali people will have to decide how to govern themselves. No, the Terrorists from diffrent countrys have been disrupting that process for one reason too create problems by destroying things from within forcing people into al-Qaida Poltical idea of Tribal-Theocracy Politics would work better for Somalia using Islamic law.
