Where's your father during all this? I'd talk to him. If he isn't around, tell a teacher or guidance counselor. Or if you're brave enough you could maturely confront your mom and talk to her about it.
If you get close to her and she jumps you, call Child Protective Services.
On the other hand, in-breeding is quite common in Tennessee, Arkansas and Kentucky. How picky are you?

You Need to get your mother some help real fast, If it is true, And if its not , Be careful what you say,,, talk like that can cause some real trouble for your mom, if it is true Then that's child abuse AND SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT IT
one thing that I have O tolerance for a child getting hurt

First of all you need to make sure that thats what it is. If your'e right you need to sit her down and tell her that she's making you uncomfortable and that well...its ridiculous cuz you're her son. Also, where's your dad? If she's a single mom maybe she's just going through a phase and she's feeling lonely.

Run - don't walk - to the nearest psychiatrist, school guidance counselor, religious leader or whoever you trust and confide in them. Your mother (or you, if you're imagining it) is very, very sick and you two need to be as far away from one another as possible for a while, until she (or you) are cured!

You left an awful lot of info out of that question. Like your age, many other particulars.
We can't judge something like that! If you need to, get a counselor.

If she tries anything call 911. There are laws against that sort of stuff.
