Go to Control Panel --> Add/Remove Programs

Scroll Down until you see Internet Explorer 7

This will remove IE7 and restore it to Internet Explorer 6

May I suggest trying Mozilla Firefox instead! ;)

You shoudl be able to go to the control panel, choose add/remove programs.

It will uninstall the update. Unless you just can't live with the verions of IE however, I would recommend against it as updates to the old browser will start being fewer and fewer.

Start>control panel>add or remove programs, then click remove on windows IE7, it will default back to the previous version.

click on your start menu, go to settings and click control panel, once control panel opens look for add/remove programs, click it, look for internet explorer 7 click and click on remove, it will tell you that it will reverse the download of explorer7 and it will give you the last browser you had at the time before you downloaded explorer7, good luck to you.
