yeah, so im supposed to be stationed in tennesse for military reasons. wondering if should i just stay on base, or should i risk going off base and risk being hung from a tree.....it will be near Knoxville... and I'm from Cali...

SWEETIE TN, ISN'T THAT BAD. EVERYONE MAKES THE SOUTH OUT TO BE THE BIGGEST PREDJUICED STATES, AND WHEN IT ALL COMES DOWN WE ANIT. KNOXVILLE IS A VERY LARGE AREA, HECK WE EVEN LIKE THEM THERE MEN WHO DATE MEN!!! IT'S NOT THAT BAD, BUT THERE ARE SOME PARTS THAT HAVE GANGS, NOT SURE WHAT THEY R, BUT YEA MOSTLY MADE UP OF BLKS (NO OFFENSE), AND THEYRE REALLY BAD TO JUST WALK UP AND SHOOT SOMEONE, IF YOUR INTO CLIUBBIN, DO NOT GO TO MALUB, I THINK IS HOW THEY SPELL IT, MY FRIEND WATCH A BLK GUY KILL ANOTHER BLK GUY B/C HE WAS DANCING W/HIS GIRL, THAT CLUB MOSTLY CATTERS TO GANGS IN MY OPION. BUT IT'S NOT ALL THAT BAD. YEA U MIGHT C A FEW NUCES HANGIN, REBAL FLAGS FLYIN!!!, BUT THEYRE JUST DOWN HOME COUNTRY FOLKS.

There are advantges to both... If you were on call a lot, it might be better to stay on base.. however, if you expect a lot of "uh... visitors" then off base might be better.... No... I do not think they would hang you from a tree... BUT.. perhaps from the rafter or sometehing on your front porch.. SO.. try to rent a place without a front porch

you will love Tenn.! there is lots of things to do especially in and around Knoxville!
