right that is a catalogue of a chance communities and his intensity chart placement: Kansas city: in the experience that they don't seem to be content cloth with Huard as starter, its a chance. Croyle is the destiny yet is a minimum of a three hundred and sixty 5 days away. He ought to conflict for a beginning pastime right here. Minnesota: He'd walk right into a beginning pastime because of the same difficulty to the Chiefs. Travaris Jackson is their destiny, yet is possibly also a three hundred and sixty 5 days away. Carr can initiate right here immediately because he's an improve over the overaged Brad Johnson and the fairway Jackson Carolina: He'd be the #2 getting into, yet when Delhomme has a repeat of superb season, Carr ought to get in there as a starter Oakland: this will be a lateral bypass, as Oakland's offensive line is both horrendous as Houston's (possibly extra). He often is the starter right here no matter if Oakland does draft JaMarcus Russell. He ought to sit down a three hundred and sixty 5 days lower than Carr and are available into 2008 because the starter. in the experience that they draft Calvin Johnson, Carr is going to be a Raider. Tampa Bay: they prefer QB's so some thing is a chance with them

You guys are just as full of s h i t as the guys who decided to keep David Carr and pass on Vince Young, Reggie Bush and even D'Brickashaw Ferguson. The Texans are just plain terrible as a organization. I love them but I will not watch them anymore until they get rid of David Carr. Stop blaming the line because I go the games and half of those sacks are due to his indecisiveness. He holds the ball and tries to check down on every play. Did you watch him yesretday. He could not even connect on a quick slant. lol! Oh blame the line on that one two huh. For him to be so mobile why cant he side step like Romo and create himself more time. Our even Pennington or Brady and I know he is faster than those two. Sage Rosenfels should have been the starter after the 1st couple of games. And its not that everybody likes the backup crap. I watched Sage in college with Iowa State and when he was with Miami. Let me ask you a question why was Sage only sacked 1 time in 39 pass attempts this year with the same line. Carr has been sacked 40 times in 404 pass attempts. Thats a sack every 10 plays. You do the math. Answer that question. Rosenfels got sacked once in 39 attempts and Carr gets sacked once every 10 attempts. Its very obvious, and it is the same line. Maybe we can start this rookie this week Quinton Porter from Boston College, anybody is better than Carr accept Aaron Brooks lol!. I would feel better with even Van Pelt because at least I know he will get out of the way and he can stand tall in the pocket. David Carr sucks! And if you believe other wise then let your team trade their QB for him and see what happens. This is what gets me when Carr f u k s up (which is all the time) people say the "O-line" the "O-line" okay well why did you not draft D'Brickashaw Ferguson! He would have filled a big void on the line. He was the best tackle in the draft and he could have protected David Carr's blind side. You see what I am saying there is no logic at all for their decision. People say they did not want Young because we wanted to "win now" 1st of all are we winning "now" Hell no. But Vince Young is "winning now". And even in saying you want to "win now" how inthe hell would Mario Williams make you "win now" he doesent even touch the ball. Its not like you have other pieces in place to wear we were just a defensive end away. People stop making excuses they are just terrible. There is no way you can justify the passing of all those talented players in which you needed for the pick of Mario Williams. I think Mario is a good player and will be an all-pro one day, but if we wanted to so call "win now" he was not the pick. Now if we were a team like the Jets were last year who just happened to have a bad record becuase Pennington missed 13 games then thats different. We were just sorry for no reason. I hope we can make a bid for Matt Schaub the backup for the Falcons. He is a player. Either him or Byron Leftwich next year. Who do you think we should draft. I say Joe Thomas to OT from Wisconsin.

I think Carr is just as good as anybody else they could get. I didn't really think they needed to go with Leinert or a big named quarterback in the draft this past year, but I think it was stupid to take a defensive player. What the Texans need is offensive line help. Carr is rushed way too much to be effective and the running game is not existant...both of those flaws cause Carr to be ineffective.

At this point the Texans are probably evaluating his progress and deciding if the long term deal they inked him to is worth honoring. They don't really have a solid prospect backing him up, if they decide to get rid of him it will be for a veteran starter or a draft pick. The team, despite it's record, has improved it's depth and the defense is much better than before. With Demeco Ryans and Mario Williams it is only going to get better as they get better.

David Carr could have been a good QB. He had neither the OL nor the coach/mentor to develop him to his potential. My money is on him being a very good QB -if- he gets traded and -if- he gets a good QB coach.

carr is not a bad QB, it don't help leading the leauge in sacks every year, and is number 1 and 3 in the record book for getting sacked most in a season, give him an O line and he will be alot better,

Because Carr isn't the problem, the offensive line is. You could put Peyton Manning behind that line and he'd suck. You need more than 2 seconds to throw the ball and considering it takes one second to snap it, that's not good odds for the offense, lol

Because hes a good QB...Its not his fault that his O-Line isnt' doing their job protecting him. What they need is more o-line talent. Kind of hard to be a great QB when nobody is around to protect you. Look at the big picture. The QB is just one man...

Carr isn't that bad. The OL is the problem. he gets no protection. yeah he thows bad passes but he has to hurry to get them off. Truthfully they should have picked Young in the draft but oh well what is done is done.
