This is completely normal! Women either like being pregnant or they don't, there's no in between unfortunately. You're more than half way home, so try to enjoy it. You should be feeling movement soon if you haven't already. That's a great feeling in itself. If you're uncomfortable, I'm sorry, that goes with the territory I'm afraid. With your earlier miscarriages, were you not as far along as you are now? 5 months is a good ways along. I'm sure you'll be fine and the baby will be fine. I'm sure it's stressful in itself knowing that you've lost 3 babies before this one. Try not to stress. Undue stress is not good for you or the baby. Try to relax and enjoy this experience and relish in the joy this child is going to give you in the next four months. Good Luck! Take Care!

It's normal to be nervous about having a baby. Some people enjoy being pregnant and others don't. Think abut the reasons why you don't like it and see if there is anything you can do to help with those things. The only thing I can really suggest is to just be patient, you got a ways to go and to be honest it will get worse before it gets better.

Omg we have this in common but I've miscarried 4 times. I know exactly what you mean. I hate being pregnant though I am glad my baby is ok for now. Its wild becuz you think you will never carry a baby too long. Me, after 6 weeks. At my first appt I was told I was 11 weeks and it blew me away. I figured even if I was to get pregnant I wouldn't be able to carry the pregnancy so I was very wreckless. But yes being pregnant is the most uncomfortable thing ever. People constantly tell me to enjoy it....come on now enjoy what? Ok I will miss the babys kicks. Thats something I have grown to like. Well usually unless the baby is in fight mode or something and goes off on me. Then its like punching and kicking me too death. But if you ever need someone to talk to this name is my messenger name. I also have a space. http://www.myspace.com/kimi420

Yes, you are totally normal, don't worry. I adore my daughter, but if the stork could have brought her I definitely would have chosen that option. What is there to like about morning sickness, exhaustion, bladder leakage, varicose veins, stretch marks, back pain, and not being able to have a glass of wine or play sports or ride a roller coaster or lift anything or generally do any sort of fun leisure activity like a normal human being? But of course we are still expected to work and take care of our households and kids and all of our other responsibilities up until the day we deliver, no matter how tired we are.
I always thought it was weird when people said they liked being pregnant - their lives must be totally different from mine. I imagine that those people spend their days sitting with their feet up making little scrapbooks of their baby showers and getting back rubs from their husbands.
It's also understandable that having had 3 miscarriages, you would be a bit anxious, which would make it even more difficult to enjoy your pregnancy.
Please try not to worry, you sound completely normal to me, and it is definitely possible to hate being pregnant but still adore your baby.

I'm 5 months also and I don't mind pregnancy not my favorite thing in the world to feel like your going to have to either pee or vomit all the time. I also can't wait to have the baby mostly just anxious to hold him and to see my husband hold him. Though there is some little bit of fear of the delivery. This is my first one as well and I am just hanging in there. Congrats on the pregnancy and may you and your family have a great time with the new one on the way.

I'm 5 months pregnant with my second child and I don't like being pregnant either sometimes. Every woman goes through this stage so don't stress about it. I mean women get tired of not being able to sleep or eat or see their feet. It's normal. Once your baby gets here you'll be wishing he or she was back inside. Enjoy your pregnancy because not many women get to experience pregnancy.

I have a cousin that has 3 children, all of which she loves very much. She told me she did not enjoy being pregnant any of the three times. It's possible to not enjoy the pregnancy, just know it won't affect how much you love your child when it's here.

This is my third time being pregnant and I'm 38 weeks. I am anxious every single time! I think it's normal to be so anxious for your baby to come! It is for me anyways! ;) Don't worry too much!
