Its so hard to say who had the best. Both of these men are incredibly talented and didn't let the fact that they are blind stop them from succeeding in life. They also had different musical styles. Both are geniuses in their own right and true class acts. I love the music of both artists!

O man, they are both incredible. I don't know if i could begin to adress the question of better. I guess that would be a thing of preference. I love Ray Charles, I would pick him slighty edging stevie if I had to, but they are both incredible.
