Most health food stores have these things called Preggie Pops, and I found a link for them online to give you. They work wonders.
And here are some helpful tips also.
* Eat frequent small meals
* Snack on soda crackers
* Avoid strong odors
* Take a prescription anti-emetic
* Eliminate iron supplements from the diet
* Eliminate high-fat foods from the diet
* Recumbant resting whenever tired or nauseous
* Drink herbal teas
* Psychological counseling
* Take a vitamin B6 supplement
If none of this works, go to the Dr.
Nobody said pregnancy was going to be easy. Nothing worth doing ever is. But just wait till you have that little baby in your arms.

I had EXTREME morning sickness all day with my last two pregnancies and my doctor prescribed anti nausea meds that really helped. She gave me Phenerghan for times when I had some where to rest because this one makes you tired and Zofran for when I had stuff to do. She prescribed both because if you don't have insurance zofran costs around fifty dollars a pill. I have medicaid and they covered everything.
Don't give up on this pregnancy, most women stop getting sick between 12 and 16 weeks and the baby is worth every bit of trouble you go through. I know from personal experience I am 30 weeks pregnant and have been so sick that I have lost 18 pounds now but the meds really do help with the nausea even if you don't get your appetite back.

I totally understand where you are coming from, but trust me ending the pregnancy is not the answer. Try motion sickness bracelets. If that doesn't work, ask you doctor about a prescription for Phenegren (not sure about the spelling) it comes in a gel form that you can rub on your wrists. It helps with nausea. In about 6 more weeks... morning ( I like to call it all day sickness) sickness usually starts to go away. This is my second baby and I have had it something terrible, but you just learn to cope with it. Just get through this one...receive your wonderful gift at the end, and then don't have anymore if you don't think you can handle the sickness.
Good luck, and God bless

Oh, that's awful!
Morning sickness rarely lasts beyond the first trimester.
Have you spoken to your doctor? Sometimes they can help when the morning sickness is really bad -- there are very effective anti-emetic and anti-nausea medications out there that pregnant women can take (by prescription).
I have heard that wearing a magnetic motion sickness preventing bracelet on your wrist can help. You can find these at your local pharmacy.
Also, there was a study a few years ago, I believe, that said that morning sickness is the sign of a very healthy fetus -- there seems to be a correlation between morning sickness and the hormone levels that indicate a healthy, growing fetus.
I hope you feel better soon.

One thing your way to stressed which is the worst thing for the growing baby! A lot of women get morning sickness. I would wake up at 4:00 in the morning to throw up, talk about terrible i was like that for weeks. All night long and day i was sick but i hung in there and eventually it eased up and i felt tons better. Yeah i can handle being sick for a while if it means having a healthy beautiful baby!! Ginger Ale calmed my stomach a lot and it was about they only thing i could keep down. If your that worried about it speak with your Doctor, they have pills that keep you from throwing up too much so you wont get dehydrated. Other than that all i can tell you is to hang in there!!!!!!

Youre going to terminate your pregnancy because your belly is upset?
God how selfish is that? Please stop making babies. Honestly. Stop.
25 ml of vitamin b6 three times a day at the same time every day, even when you dont feel sick, has been shown and proven to stop morning sickness.
it takes maybe a week or so to really start kicking in. But it surely saved my butt when i was going through morning sickness hell.
Also, you HAVE to eat something, or else the sickness only gets worse. You have to find SOMETHING you can choke down. Crackers SALTINES, in bed before you even sit up can help a lot. So can a glass of milk, or even water if nothing else will stay down.
The sickness is caused by hormones, but the eternal desire to vomit is caused by the build up of bile which increases during pregnancy, it makes you feel all the more sick and like you have to throw up. Not eating anything only builds up more bile to irritate your stomach.

Well if your last PG ended in M/C and you had no symptoms then that's a sign that this is a healthy pregnancy. This is what happened with me also.
Go to your Dr. he can give you pills that are safe to take and will stop the nausea.
The baby is fine. Even if you cant eat it will suck from you like a leach.
Don't give up just go see the Dr.
It could be you prenatal making it worse...mine did. Take it at night before bed. Do this for a few nights and see if it helps. You can also use Flintstones chewable for kids they are basically just as good and will not make you sick!
Hang in there and good luck!

don't give up, morning sickness usually resolves by 12 weeks have you tried ginger in the form of ginger snap cookies ginger candy etc. also dive bands you put on your wrist during this time, really cheap about $6, carb load eat several small meals throughout the day. If this fails talk to your Doctor about meds anzemet ( generic Zolfran)works wonders it helps with chemo therapy Pt's nausea and is one of the safest drugs for nausea in pregnancy. your at a stage in pregnancy that morning sickness is at it's worst but should start to lessen at 10 weeks and resolving at 12-14 weeks hang in there.. get lots of rest let your house go to sh-- just concentrate on you, and know that this will pass and in the end all worth it.. best of luck congrats and take care..Also I wish everyone would stop being so rude and judgmental she is suffering and reaching out for help, severe morning sickness can be very depressing and debilitating let's offer support and positive thoughts.

Honey, if you can't handle morning sickness and ready to let your child go, then how are you gonna handle all the stresses of being a mother when your child is here?
I say talk to your doctor, they have prescriptions you can take that will calm that down so the baby can get the nutritions it needs during your pregnancy.
You also need to think if you are ready to be a parent, morning sickness (no matter how bad it is) is a breeze compared to what you're going to go through being a parent.
It's a wonderful experience that you need to be prepared for. Why should your child suffer for your poor actions, you knew the consequences of having sex....don't do it if you're not ready....pregnancy is not supposed to be delightful for you, but delightful for what's going on inside of you.

MTV must be renamed RTV : actuality television. They stopped enjoying movies for good around 2003 (once I graduated severe college). yet, previous MTV is the terrific! it relatively is the place I observed the bands that ought to alter my life continually. And, I miss Riki Rachtman on Headbanger's Ball, one hundred twenty minutes, Kurt and Courtney Day, Video Countdowns... They was cool. Then, MTV2 got here out. They performed movies for a whilst, to get human beings to purchase the channel, then they placed on the comparable cloth that everyday MTV had! They added Headbanger's Ball back (the only ingredient the channel's executed suitable in approximately 15 years). yet, i'm now no longer a everyday viewer. I watch VH1 classic for all my song desires.
