We exchanged gifts with our babysitter last year. We gave her a WalMart gift card, she gave us a tin of cookies. I wasn't thrilled about getting cookies, but remembered it was the thought that counts. I pulled open the little tag attached to the tin and it read "Happy Holidays from ****" It signed by the company her husband worked for. She forgot to remove the tag. This was OBVIOUSLY given to them at a company christmas party......

I would have to say receiving the same gift I gave to my grandmother the year before! Or receiving a magnet that says grandmas beach front property and having my sister say HEY, I gave that to grams last year! Sad isnt it? Happy Holidays!

you know its pretty ironic.. one year I was really falling behind in school and my grand parents gave me an alarm clock. I sneered about it at the time but I found it very useful for many years.

I think that the NINTH time I got (totally unusable) "Hurricane lamps" from my idiot sister-in-law, which she snagged at the bargain table, was the most IRRITATING, if not cheekiest1
