Will the Chargers rest Tomlinson in week 16?

He should play a full game in week 16. Week 17, it will depend on if they win in week 16, and how the other teams (Ravens, Colts) are doing. If they have locked up homefield throughout by week 17, he shouldn't play more than a couple series. But week 16 he should play throughout. May as well add to the record so that it doesn't get broken as easily as Alexander's was, and on some weeks he is just as pivotal to the offense as Drew Brees is in N.O. (like last night, as Rivers was having a tough time through most of the game).

not completely - although i hope they do as i might be (close game going into tonight) playing next for the championship against LT

unfortunaely the chargers have not locked home field yet so he will play as much as they need to win. if they get an early lead expect a reduced role for him especially with the season Turner has had at back up

No they will let him run for one more game, then may be half a game on week 17

Why risk an injury, he already has the record for most points and TD's

PROBABLY NOT THE WHOLE GAME. MAYBE THE FIRST HALF COZ THEY HAVE A PRETTY GOOD BACK UP AND SD CAN AFFORD TIME OFF FOR LT. I WOULDN'T PLAY HIM THAT MUCH SO THAT HE DOESN'T GET INJURED

does it matter... L.T. for a half is better than most other running backs in the NFL
