You have to delete your temporary internet files.
These can be found by going into my computer and right clicking on your driver number i.e. 'C:' drice normally. Then click on properties. In this window there is a button that says 'Disk clean-up'. Press this and it will identify all of your temporary internet files and delete them for you if you specify so

Internet Options
Clear Cookies
Delete Files (offline)
Clear History
set days to keep pages in history to 0
There is a downside: When you delete cookies, some programs or goodies you downloaded may or may not work, pictures may or may not become X’s the next time you open the file, etc.
It’s your choice to make.
You can also:
Click Contents tab: now click the content tab, click to clear auto complete, click to clear forms.
Where it says use autocomplete, uncheck all the things you dont want your browser to store. This way you won’t have to keep going back and clearing things out.

If you click intot he control panel from your start menu, it will pull up a bunch of options. Depending on your system the places will vary, but click on "Network and Internet" connections. Once there, you want to click on "Internet Options"... This will take you to a page where you should be able to clear all history of web pages visited... click "Clear History". From there, you could then Click on the "Content Tab" at the top and go to 'auto complete'.. click clear all forms and passwords if you choose! Just make sure to hit ok when you are done! Good Luck!

Here's the two programs I used
http://www.ccleaner.com/
http://www.bmesite.com/
But, if hubby is that controlling, I'd leave in a heart beat. If he doesn't trust you enough to let you surf why would you stay with anyone like that?
What's next? Is he going to tell you not to call your family? Friends? And what's he going to do if you do?
Please take some advice run, run fast and far.
I know you're probably not going to take it, but at least think about it.
