OK, ITS LIKE THIS. I WAS WITH HIM-MY MAN FOR 3 YRS, THEN WE BROKE UP. SHE CAME IN AND WAS WITH HIM. SHE IS LITERALLY AND 40 YR OLD NASTY CRACK WHORE. OK, SO NOW MY MAN AND I -WE'RE BACK TOGETHER, COMITTED, AND TRYING TO HAVE A BABY. I ALSO BABYSIT MY SISTERS BABY ALL THE TIME, SO NOW SHE'S CALLING PEOPLE AND THREATENING MY FRIENDS SAYING IF SHE SEES ME SHE'LL BEAT MY ***, OK FINE WHATEVER BUT THE THING IS I AM WORRIED, BECAUSE I TAKE CARE OF A 22MO BABY AND THIS GIRL WILL DO ****, WHILE IM ON THE STREETS OR IN TOWN SHOPPING. IM NOT WORRIED ABOUT ME- IM WORRIED ABOUT THE NEXT TIME I SEE HER, SHE'LL BE IN MY FACE AND COULD POSSIBLE HURT THE BABY-THEN IT WILL BE THE **** ON- WHAT DO I DO? I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE SHE LIVES TO CALL THE POLICE. HELP ME?

ok, you can't get a restraining order in my city on a woman and ,again this is just verbal threats in a nice area but i don't need harrassing drama like i had before, and im not possessive of my man nd i trust him and he actually hides and ghosted from her, and tells me just ignore her ignorant ****. our committment is our own-we live a poly. relationship. things are gonna be fine- my concern is the baby thats my sisters, not my own, because i can take care of myself- but when it comes to the safely of another baby aside from what would be mine- yeah then i have a problem!

Your former bf is the one that got involved with her, blame him. Committed and not married? No such thing. Trying to have a baby out of wedlock (you do know what it would be called right) When you live on the bottom of the barrel you are bound to get squashed.

You need to file a report with the police every time this girl threatens you. I cant believe you cant file for a restraining order in your county. I'm sure if you go to the police they can give you info on that. Alot of times even filing a restraining doesn't protect you from someone who is crazy. I'd get mace and be aware of your surroundings at all times. Protect yourself and the baby by going to the authorities. I'm sure your bf knows where she lives. Do some research and find her address so you can pass the info to cops.

everyone is sayin a restraining order plz ... those are a joke because it is a piece of paper she won;t care because if she wants to jump you she will and the order will mean nothing until after the fact she will be arrest and the damage is done.... I would ask that old man of your what her address is or phone number and call her up or meet her and finish it up without the child around.......
But I feel that she is just running her mouth because she knows that it will get to you and upset you.... I seriously doubt that she will do anything.... but Good Luck and i hope all works out and things get straightened up

If she knows your friends and keeps calling them have them report her. The law may not be able to do anything the first couple of times, but if you can get a hold of text messages e mails or voice messages, you can nail her for harassment. If she really is on crack, find out were she hangs and turn her in. Sounds like she wants to run her mouth to me. You know what they say Money talks B.S. walks. If she wanted to do something she'd have done it by now. If she does git in your face out in public, call the police right there. Let the 911 dispatcher hear her crap and you'll have evidence for criminal prosecution. Get the word out she's running her mouth about her drugs, and that will help also they(drug buddies) won't want her around.

How bout a restraining order? If she's a street person, she should be easy for the police to locate. PLEASE dont bring a baby into your life under such conditions.
