I've never heard of that being the case. Like everything we consume, they probably leave a chemical trace that forensics specialists can pick up, unless it has already been completely digested.

All I know for certain is that you shouldn't be eating green mushrooms unless you are sure they are not poisonous or halucinogenic.

Hi. Your best bet is to stay away from shrooms.
