I have started taking fenugreek 3 times a day for production. (for a week now) It doesnt seem to be working, any suggestions?

You may not be taking enough. I have a friend who had to take 9 pills a day (3 at a time 3 times a day) Try upping it to 4 times a day or taking 2 pills 3 times a day.

Also oatmeal helps.

Nurse more often and pump after each nursing session.

Are you sure you're taking enough pills each time? If so, then I don't know why it's not working -- it worked for me in less than a week. You could also try blessed thistle, or I've also read oatmeal helps.

just fenugreek wont be enough. you need to pump or nurse more often to stimulate your breasts to get more milk. also drink plenty of fluids and stay relaxed and think of your baby
