Do you mean a postal money order? With a postal money order you can either put it in your bank account or take it to the post office to cash it.

A postal order is guaranteed funds. When you deposit it in your bank, it's the same as depositing cash.

They will send the postal order to you, kind of like a check. You deposit it in your bank and then ship the watch to the buyer.

If you're using a service like UPS, DHL or Fedex, you automatically get a tracking number.

does he mean a postal money order?? if so, its just like any money order, he would purchase it then he would mail it, then you can cash it at your bank, or alot of other businesses take them,,,,,, as to shipping, yes you would want to spend a few dollars and send it insured, or better yet certified, so he has to sign for it,,,,
or did he mean you send it cod? if so, check with your local post office
