I just happen to have the list here today!
Breakfast day 1 will be Giada's Foccacia eggs and bacon with hashbrowns.
Day 2 will be her Panettone french toast with Rachel's mulled syrup and bacon.
For snacks, Paula Deen's bacon wrapped bread sticks and Rachel's smoky brie spread.
Dinner will consist of some meat (T.B.D.), with Rachel's bacon, spinach and cream potatoes and rolls. And probably some veg.
For dessert, Paula's Red Velvet Cake.

Pineapple & Cherry glazed ham, prime rib roast, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, caramalized sweet potatoes and apple pie for desert. Oh yeah and some apple cider to help the food go down a little.

I didn't want to do the family thing this year. Bah Humbug! But my mother (knowing this) asked me to fix my home-made macaroni & cheese. I guess she figures that I'll have to be there since I will not make it early and heat it up as it will ruin the great taste of freshly baked. I don't know, I guess I should be with the family, you never know when the last Christmas you might be spending with them.

A turkey breast with stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, and veggies. Don't know what for dessert yet. Probably my brother's homemade fruitcake (it's really good...I'm not kidding) We're having my grandma over (she lives in a nursing home) and she can't eat a lot of things.

LOL You're working on the assumption that I actually know how to cook. I don't. My microwave and I are on a first name basis. I let others cook the holiday meals,I just do the cleaning.

Ham. Turkey, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, gravy, pickled eggs and beets, potatoe and macaroni salad, green bean casserole, cole slaw, homemade fudge and several kinds of cookies, cheesecake, broccoli/cauliflower salad with bacon and cheese (served cold), relish tray with various olives and pickles, hot peppers, etc on it and stuffed cabbage. If you go away from my house hungry, it's your own fault.
