If they both adopted the girls and he plans on staying in thier life.. yes he should get visitation. Legally he doesn't have a leg to stand on if he didn't also adopt them. The mother needs to stop being hateful and let the girls have the father they know in thier life even if they are not together any more.

Unfortuanately people use children as pawns in a power struggle, the only people who get hurt are the kids. He should be granted visitation if he too is on the adoption papers. But if he is not then he shouldn't even if he was there. He is stuck. The law doesn't favor men in these issues.

I would say yes, but then that could be tricky. He didnt father the children and if he isnt the one on that adopted the girls then i could understand her not wanting to see the girls. But then it also depends on how long were they together. How attached did the girls become to him. I think that the answer should be left up to the girls. If they want to see him then yes she should let them see each other. They should treat it as if they were just divorced and each parent gets their rights to visit.

It may not be right but if he's not the father on the adoption papers he has no rights...and what she says goes.
That's why it's really important when people are just seeing each other not to get involved with the children.
The children and the non-parent end up getting hurt.

He should definitely get visitation for the sake of the children. He is the only Daddy they know and I think she is being very selfish and immature about it. The children and their feelings should come first. It makes me angry when people use their children as pawns to get back at each other and it sounds like that is what she's doing.

If she let him into the childrens' lives then he should be allowed. He should have the same rights as she does and beyond the legal stuff... I believe the children will be better having a good male role model around.

Is his name on the adoption papers? If so, he has legal rights.
He needs to see a lawyer.

I think so you don't have to be biologically related to care and specially if he genualy loves them then hey he helped get them then he should have some type of right to them and specially if he means them only good and no harm.
