Overall right now Its the Arkansas Razorbacks. They've won a lot in all SEC sports. Finished 2nd in SEC in Football. 2nd in Track. And 2nd in Baseball and they are 7-2 in Basketball.

The Florida Gators
They're playing Ohio State for the National Title after winning the SEC Championship in an 11-1 season.

Florida Gators is the #1 Team in the SEC as far as Football goes...Anyother sport you will have to ask someone else or keep reading not a big fan of anything else.

Since this question is in the football section, I will assume you mean football. LSU seems to be the strongest team right now. Plus they will win their bowl game and Florida will not.

Which sport?
Football - I am an Arkansas fan and would have to say Arkansas just because of that, but realistically....probably Florida.
Baseball and Basketball - Sorry but I do not follow them too much.
