According to historian yes.Blo.w job is slang word that it has been suggested to be a corruption of "below-job", allegedly an old Victorian slang term that was commonly used to describe the act. BUt the the coorect term for the act is fellatio , and some sexologist also suggest that the word "blow" in "blo.w-job" indicates the climax of the penis (compare to blowing of a volcano).

No, it's quite simple. It's not the action of the mouth that gives it it's name, it's the ejaculation shooting out like the way a whale does with it's blow-hole.
