It was a typo. It's not self-help, it's shelf-help. Makes you look like you are an aware and sensitive person because of the books on your shelf. ;)

Sorry. He's seems to be an expert on everything from psychology, to shoes sizes. I don't trust him. I think HE got too big for his OWN shoes. The money is helping him.
