some people like to have insulated totes to carry the milk in when they go out.....if you do not use a tote, the breastmilk will be good unrefrigerated for 8-10 hours at room temperature.
the milk can be served to baby at room temperature, or slightly warmed up in a cup of warm water (do not use hot and do not put it in a microwave, this kills a majority of the nutrients in the milk)

Yes. You need to get a breast pump, and you pump the milk in the bottle. You can pump extra and store it in the fridge or freezer. And you can reheat it. You can get a pump from anywhere like Walmart or any baby store.

whenever I go out with my baby , I take 2 bottles 4 oz each of freshly expressed milk in bottle and feed him that. The milk has been good for upto 6 hours. I have warmed it using the bottle warmer which plugs into the car adapter.
If the milk is chilled in the fridge, I keep it in the ice pack to preserve its chillness and heat it when baby is ready to have.
If the milk is frozen, I keep it in the ice pack, I keep it out in the fridge to thaw and then keep it in the ice pack before we leave.
In every case, I heat it just before serving it to the baby.

It can be stored in the fridge or freezer and reheated for baby. Much better for babies tummy than formula and you won't have to nurse in public if you are not comfortable with it.

Yes, you need to get a breat pump and pump however much you can or need. You can freeze it, however don't warm it up in the microwave or stove, just run warm.water over it. I wouldn't suggest reheating it, or refreezing it.
