Just wanted to know when you should throw away your perfume, i heard it was 2 years, is that true

I throw it away when it smells funny.

I throw away my perfume when I am done with it. I have had perfume for up to five years and it still smell good and never broke me out.

Perfume oil can last for a thousand years. Oil does not evaporate as such. Perfumes were found in the ancient tombs of Pharaohs of Egypt.
Perfume will alter its fragrance the older it gets. If you have genuine perfume (not cologne, not toilet water, even if those words are written in French) you will have to judge for yourself when you no longer enjoy the smell of it...

it depends ob how the perfume is stored and the quality of the product, if it smells the same after 2.5 years... keep it!

eau de parfum i dont think expires but the toilette spray does
