Dear,
I am looking for a business management software/program for a small-mid size business
Software/Program that allows me to store personal informations of my clients for business use.
One that can be installed onto a server and accessed by my employees through a network when they're dealing with the client.

Microsoft Office is pretty good. They also offer online support
and training and local seminars for small business owners.

You may want to look for some package that is specific to your industry though, especially if you have no experience in developing a database.

You may also consider contacting a small/medium sized management consulting company. Not only can they design a system appropriate for your type of business, they can build in controls and reports that can be used by you in benchmarking productivity in the processes specific to your industry and that allow you to do a comparative analysis with others in your field.
