I am coming up with travel information for Bulgaria for a school project- I need to plan a trip (fictional, of course, so cost isn't a variable) with five cites to visit and what we will be doing there. The trip is 10 days long. Any cities, tourist attractions, or other point of interest would be greatly appreciated!

Hmm....there are many places in Bulgaria worth visiting but since you only have to list 5 here are my suggestions:
1. First, I think you should, of course, visit the capital city Sofia. The city is pretty ancient. It's famous for it's old buildings and the architecture. In Sofia there are plenty of museums, galleries and other places of interest so you might wanna spend there 3 or 4 days. In that way you will get a chance to see more, and also take a shopping tour.
2. The next city should be Veliko Tyrnovo. This is the former Bulgaria capital. The city is really beautiful. It's famous for its fortress 'Carevec', you should definitely go and see that one.
3. After that you can go to Bansko. This town is not so big but it's really charming. The nature in this part of the country is absolutely stunning. If you visit during the winter you should definitely visit the well-equipped ski resorts.
4. The forth city can be Varna, which as the Black sea. You can go swimming or take a walk in the amazing sea garden.
5. In the end you can go to Plovdiv. There different exhibitions organised every year. There are also some very interesting museums.

U should leave 1 day for Rila Monastery!!! This is a very famous tourist attraction!!!
