Several hormonal birth control methods will help you get rid of your periods and will also keep your hormones level: the birth control pill, Implant, Depo Provera or a Mirena coil should all help.

The pill was a miracle for me when I first went on it, expecially the low dose estrogen pill. Almost no period and no PMS or cramps and you know exactly when its going to happen so you can plan around it. Can't recommend it enough.

I have fibroids and this causes an extremem loss of blood when I am on my period. The truth is, I would rather be on my period than go through PMS without the benefit of excercise. It works wonders. The puffiness and the swelling go away and I am able to button my pants:) You also want to cut down on caffiene, fried foods, and anything heavy. Drink plenty of water, eat as much fresh fruit and veggies and you may want to take a med like midol or even aspirin. Aspirin thins the blood and prevents blood clots, the very cause of cramps. Blood is trying to escape from a little hole in the cervix and causes cramps. Feel better soon!

my wife had horrible symptoms but when she stopped eat meat, the bleeding became much less, and the pain non existent, except that she feels very cold on her tummy and she needs plenty of rest for 2 days and the head also get crazy sometimes, specially when there are worries or stress at that moment about money, work, etc.
1) so, become vegetarian or vegan for some month,
2) take rest and be on your own when those days come if possible,
3) make your abdomen warm.
4) avoid take caffeine and salt during those days.
5) don't force yourself, let others do things for you , take rest instead.

Ehm..
Since the real causes of uterine fibroids are complex, it goes to follow that their treatment should also be multidimensional. A wide variety of treatments, ranging from simple medicinal drugs to complex surgeries, are available for addressing uterine fibroid symptoms. However, if you are looking for a safe and natural form of remedy, it is best to take a holistic approach to your condition.

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.

In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/FfhRH

I know how you feel and I have been getting them for over 30 years now. It is true that exercise can help and the bath but not too hot as a hot bath can make you bleed more.
