in-side-out nipples for a boy?

Help. i m a 14yr old boy, and my nipples is sucked into my body, like in-side out. i realised that they only come out when it is cold.normally they will stay in the body and my nipples look like a new born baby. Is this a problem? What shld i do?

That is called "inverted" nipples and many people have them, even women. They cause no harm.
