I've tried these:
www.proxylizard.com (works on some computers NOT on ALL)
www.trafa.com/proxy (BEST source been using it for 3 months now)
OR, go to www.google.com and search 'hidden proxy sites' or something similiar to that!

Yes, but if you want to access myspace from school, they have probably already been blocked. And if they haven't, very soon after you start using them they will be blocked.
