MAIN Startup Area?

Let say i have a program that comes up at Startup, and it isn't in the All Programs/Startup Area, i already know that its at the Main Startup area, the area at which contains everything that is being used when the computer startups up, which are a lot of programs that aren't on the All Programs Startup.

Go to Start then Run and type msconfig and click OK. Go to the Startup tab and you can uncheck programs you don't want to run.
