My boyfriend just called and said he needed to go to the hospital because he was there was blood when he went to the bathroom. (Both ways). He said he was cramping up so bad that he can't even walk. He also said that his penis was numb. Can anyone tell me what in the world could be wrong. This all starting happening this morning when he was walking up to his job, He does construction but hasnt worked all weekend so I don't think he could've pulled anything but I dont know??

He was on the way to the emergency room when he called me and now Im waiting in his call. I'm home with my kids and I was just scared and wanted to know if this had happened to anyone.

There could be many problems related to kidneys, bladder or reproductive system problems ranging from serious to a minor infection. Only a doctor can conclude with tests.

If there was blood in "both" his urine and his stool, then this sounds like he may have had a traumatic injury to his abdomen. this is usually caused by being struck with something in the stomach or falling on a hard object where it strike sthe stomach.

If he's not at a hospital yet, he needs to go immediately! This could be "very" serious. d:(

Too vague to answer...could be an internal matter (i.e., bladder, liver, etc.) or he has an STD.
