No question in that statement, but sure, the 7 time Tour De France winner could probably beat up a man who lost use of his legs due to polio......
However while lance was lying in the hospital bed FDR could have rolled in and smothered Lance with a pillow.....

Maybe had lame legs, but he had a mistress and three or 4 girlfriends on the side; and didn't dump any of them about the time they got cancer; or leave a wife and family for a worthless celebrity.
