If you naturally have high testosterone without taking anything, this is a possible sign of Polycycstic Ovarian Syndrome. This can cause facial hair, ovarian cysts and problem getting pregnant.

It could mean alot of other things as well. It would be wise to see and Endocrinologist to find out what is the cause.

Testosterone increases a woman's sex drive - doctors sometimes prescribe it for this reason. It can also stimulate muscle growth.
