Generally, but then I get fed up and stand up for myself. Then usually it turns into a whole scene because people step back and go, "Whoa, what's your problem?" They didn't think I had it in me.
As an example, I went to my uncle and aunt's place for Christmas Supper with the rest of my family a couple years ago. Just as we were all about to sit down, my aunt said to me, "We don't have enough room at the table, so you'll have to eat downstairs with the kids." I was 23 at the time, and was the only one singled out, so I said, very calmly, that I'd go to another relatives' house for dinner. Well, that started a big fight, people were crying, yelling, the whole bit. And all because i stood up for something that was totally B.S.
In the end, I stayed for dinner because someone made room for me. But i also felt that maybe I should have stayed quiet.
So yeah, I put up with too much at times.
