I know it is an adjective (that's a "describing" word, for all the people who were absent when God gave out the brains), and is used to describe 2-step garage and similar artforms... What does this term mean, and what is its' origin?

Ten hours later, and not one answer. I now believe that people in clubland use this term daily (to appear hip and trendy) and have no idea what it means, let alone where it came from...

I'm not a cool hip dance type but rinsin means something that is very good /excellent and is used to exclaim your approval.
