Just listen to your body. People are going to tell you all different things...but honestly, when we have little ones at home...how can we NOT pick them up! My first two were 2 and a half years apart and I carried my daughter and picked her up alot...And everything turned out just fine. If you feel any pain, then stop. Try to take it easy and let your hubby, family and friends help out as much as possible...but don't freak yourself out about it.
Good luck and Congratulations!

Well a lot of people will tell you oh no dont do that! or you shouldnt be eating that! and so on...But I have 4 children as well as as deal with pregnancy and young children. As long as you do not have a high risk pregnancy you can pick up anything to about the size of a small preschooler. meaning your daughter is fine to hold. Now if you personally get uncomfortable or your tummy starts to get to big and it hurts to hold her by all means stop. But it is "ok" to do.

i know where you are comming from. i have a two year old that weighs about the same thing and i am 9 weeks pregnant. what i was told was that if you feel strained or your back hurts after you pick her up then it is time to stop. try setting down and letting her get in your lap, that way it wont be any strain on you. good luck with everything and i hope this helps

Well, that is kind of up to you. I'm 6months pregnant, and I have a 2yr old girl I think she weighs 25 pounds. I pick her up sometimes, but not alot because she can walk herself. If I'm in the house and she wants to sit on me, I don't care but if she wants me to carry her around the store, I don't, I put her in a buggy. But it's just depends on how you feel when you get further along in your pregnancy.

I'm not sure, but you can always call your doctor and ask. They should be able to answer that over the phone without having to actually go in and see them. Good luck with your pregnancy.

I have a 4 year old son, when I was 8 months pregnant I was still picking him up (not carrying him around, but picked him upr of stuff) and it was just fine. The Dr. told me as long as it wasn't hurting me or wearing me down too much it was just fine. (He is about 33 lbs)

She's only 32 lbs. There shouldn't be any problem until you feel uncomfortable doing so. How old is she, you technically shouldnt be carrying her around much anyway!

they say weight carrying in a pregnancy is an old wives tale...but whatever you are comfortable with. 32 isn't alot, and it depends how far along you are. good luck

Depends how far a long you are it should be ok until you start showing. especially since she seems to be tiny. I stopped carrying my daughter when i was 4 months but she is bigger than your daughter.

They say you can lift up to 35 lbs at work when you are pregnant, so you should be ok...
Don't listen to your doctor though, listen to your body, your body knows more about you than any doctor ever could. Your body will tell you when you are doing too much, if you will only listen.
