I live in Eastern West Virginia, not really trying to drive far. I know petsmarts sells pacu, but thats not exactly a piranha....any ideas? or places?

Piranhas aren't usually come by in chain petstores like Petsmart and Petco. However, you can often get them to special order fish for you. Ask the person in the fish section if this is possible.
Otherwise, do you have a fish store? Specialized fish stores frequently carry piranhas, and if they don't, they can definitely find some for you.
Lastly, you could look into aquarists society in your area

If none of those work, try liveaquaria.com or aquabid.com - shipping is always a possibility.

check around the local pet shops they are sure to have some, they are very common here in Tennessee at the pet shops especially the red belly piranha

Come in Romania my friend and you will find this piranha in our Parlament and Senat,you can fish them all :)
