I have actually had this happen to me. I downloaded software for my cam ( a different one) after losing the disk by putting the manufactures name in the search bar and contacted them with a e-mail and explained that I bought the cam but lost the disk. they sent a link to my e-mail to down load the software to make it work. so contact them.

here is the site where you can get all the software down loads you need. I don't know the specific type of web cam you have so you'll have to do it from there...

Go to the creative website and download the latest driver for the webcam. Then it all depends what you need the webcam for. If you want to use it on e.g. msn, go to tools-> webcam settings and configure your webcam.
