Honestly, I am the biggest US Arsenal fan that there is, but there has been a real feeling of "Whiny Bitchy Syndrome" amoungst the players this year. It truly feels like with EXCEPTION of Henry, they are a bunch of prima-donna's (ie: A. Cole = A Hole). I just assume that is why Henry is out for any ailment he can muster, he is burnt out from carrying the weight for a bunch whiney brats, and why I have become such a Chelsea fan this year. At least they play like they want to win. Wenger needs to take a look at all the excuses he is making for his high and mighty squad, and infuse some passion back into them so they can kick azz again!

Quite simple really. What major team could cope with losing Bergkamp, Pires, Cole, Campbell this year, and the previous season Vieira and Edu and still finish in the top 4 last term, and be up there again this year. Not many I can tell you. Arsenal are a very young team full of amazing promise that will dominate the league in a couple of years when all of the teens and early 20's get their feet, and gel as a team properly. Watch out, remember these words of wisdom.

They just haven't been consistent this season and Henry is out injured ,also they struggle at home because teams come and play for a draw, and arsenal are playing that 4- 5-1 formation which is less offensive.

During the start, they were having problems with their new stadium. Emirates staidum is wider than Highbury. So the wide players were having problems coming in and bad timing the crosses etc. Recently, it seems like they are having some morale problems after the West Ham game. Wenger lost his cool and than got sent off over the weekend. In between, they had a bad bad run. So I guess managers' performance do play a part in the field too.

That's a good question and it's irritating me as well. They beat Man U and almost beat Chelsea, and yet they lose to lesser teams. A big part is of course the injuries to Gallas, Henry, Razinsky and so on. Adebayor is still young and hasn't develop his full potential yet. Looks like this year we'll be fighting for 3rd place.

I think they dont have any good wingers. Most of their midfield players are best in the central midfield role.
